In the role of Senior Manager - Technical Project, you will support the development and optimization of cutting-edge spacecraft systems at Space42, working alongside the Space42 Satellite Operations team for a fixed term period of 14 months starting March 1, 2025. Key responsibilities will include managing complex validation tasks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of spacecraft systems, reviewing and refining procedures for seamless integration into operational frameworks, and delivering impactful technical contributions that align with our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate spacecraft flight operations procedures for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Conduct advanced spacecraft systems analysis, modeling, and simulation.
- Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to enhance spacecraft design and operations.
- Utilize data analytics for interpreting and resolving technical anomalies.
- Conduct and oversee simulations to ensure procedural feasibility.
- Document errors and inefficiencies within operational procedures.
- Modify and validate procedures using appropriate scripting languages as needed.
- Prepare detailed validation reports and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in spacecraft engineering or aerospace systems analysis.
- Familiarity with Airbus Eurostar 3000 and spacecraft operation scripting languages like PIL or ARES.
- Strong familiarity with flight operations procedure validation processes and real-time systems.
- Proficiency in spacecraft analysis tools such as MATLAB and STK.
- Strong communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
