Senior Manager - Technology Consulting - Digital Identity

As the Digital Identity Tower Lead, you will own the identity and access management (IAM) and privileged access management (PAM) landscape to ensure secure authentication, authorization, and identity governance across all users and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the integration of IAM/PAM platforms (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk).
• Implement Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) workflows.
• Enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), password vaulting, and session monitoring.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and privilege audits.
• Ensure compliance with Aramco’s identity governance requirements.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in identity security domains.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Prior experience in delivering PAM/IAM projects in large-scale environments.
• Certifications: Microsoft Identity Cert, CISSP, or equivalent.
