Our MENA Insurance Technology Consulting practice empowers some of the region’s largest Insurance companies to solve their most complex business problems and transform their organizations through the power of technology, digital, and data. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic, experienced team within the Insurance practice and deliver impactful technology-based projects and solution implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions that drive value.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering and documentation.
- Facilitate design reviews and discussions, ensuring stakeholder alignment and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within client organizations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on technology-related matters.
- Contribute to business development and take a leading role in the development of proposals and RFP responses.
Key Profile Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, focused on platforms and digital transformation in the insurance sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology solutions and their impact on business performance.
- Strong understanding of the insurance value chain or part of it (from distribution and customer management to policy administration, servicing, underwriting, claims management, and reinsurance).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, diplomacy to handle shifting priorities, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
