As a Senior Manager in our Insurance Technology Consulting team, you will lead projects that help organizations leverage technology to drive performance improvement and digital transformation. You will manage client relationships, guide teams, and deliver exceptional service. Your work will span a portfolio of engagements in core insurance solutions, CRM, ERP, digital transformation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technology consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Conduct requirements gathering and documentation using industry-standard methodologies.
- Facilitate design reviews and discussions to ensure stakeholder alignment.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation.

Key Profile Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
