Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over six decades. We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Manager for Technology Infrastructure and Networks to lead the development, optimization, and management of our infrastructure landscape. This role is crucial in ensuring the success of our multi-cloud infrastructure, encompassing AWS, Azure, GCP, and Oracle OCI (an advantage), while driving innovation, security, and operational excellence across the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess expert-level knowledge of networking, SD-WAN, firewalls, and security, along with a deep technical understanding of network models and protocols. This individual must be capable of solving complex problems, managing large-scale infrastructure projects, and ensuring high levels of availability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Lead and oversee the infrastructure and networks strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth strategies.

Multi-Cloud Management: Design, implement, and manage multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and performance across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Networking and Security: Ensure best-in-class network design and management practices. Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure continuous availability and high service levels.

Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity and minimize downtime.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with key technology vendors and oversee the IT budget to ensure effective resource allocation.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing infrastructure and network team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and network support, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Deep knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as BGP, MPLS, and enterprise firewalls.
- Expertise in multi-cloud environments and experience with cloud migration projects.
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Language Requirements: English proficiency is required.
