As technology underpins transformation programs, the EY Risk Advisory and Technology Risk team is looking to scale up capabilities to serve the increasing demands of clients in sophisticated technology environments.
The opportunity
In your role as a Senior Manager with EY MENA Assurance, you will collaborate with senior executives across different MENA offices to serve our clients. You will contribute to our account-centric growth strategy, focusing on competency-driven client needs, which differentiates EY in the Assurance marketplace. Your Key Responsibilities
- Help clients evaluate and enhance their business, focusing on managing risks from ongoing technology developments and the resulting changes in business and operational processes.
- Collaborate with your team and leverage EY’s intellectual property and lessons learned to deliver excellent customer service.
- Provide guidance on complex IT risk-related matters while working closely with client management to manage expectations around work products, timing, and deliverables.
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills and inspire teamwork among team members.
- Foster coaching and development of teams by enhancing their skills and knowledge.

To qualify for the role, you must have:
- A proven track record of success in the MENA/GCC region with key clients and industry sectors.
- A master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; alternatively, a degree in business, accounting, or finance with additional IT qualifications (Master’s degree preferred).
- Approximately ten (10) years of relevant experience as an IT risk consultant or in a senior executive role in a technology or financial services company.
- Relevant experience in Digital Trust, IT risk assessment, business continuity, emerging technologies, ERP controls, data analytics, and IT/business process assessments.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, and/or CIA are preferred for long-term growth in the role, though other relevant certifications may also be acceptable.
