Position

As a Senior Manager Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) for CEMEA Digital Sales, you will be responsible for products commercialization and sales support for accounts covered by Digital Sales, with the primary objective of positioning Visa as the preferred choice of network partners by commercial products issuers and the brand of choice by business and corporate clients. A significant element of this role will be the ability to generate thought leadership around VCS products and small business-related products. This requires working closely with Digital Sales Account Executives and key issuers to drive acquisition, profitable Business card usage, payment volumes, and revenues for Visa. This role is the bridge between the VCS team and Digital Sales for the transferred accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader, problem solver, and inclusive coach to the Digital Sales Executives, leading Business core products delivery for the accounts covered by Digital Sales and for multiple commercial platform products.
  • Prepare go-to-market and sales collateral material for Digital sellers to ensure they have all the material they need to sell SMB.
  • Train the Digital Sales Executives on VCS products and solutions, specifically small business-related products, to ensure a solid level of expertise among the team and maximize client coverage through joint efforts.
  • Lead target setting, Dynamics hygiene, and sales & revenue tracking for T3 accounts to ensure proper representation in VCS P&L and sales pipeline.
  • Support the development of Business products upselling and Business card portfolio optimization strategies, and participate in creating individual clients’ Business product plans with corresponding tactics to achieve defined goals, under the accountability of the Digital Sales Executives.
  • Work with Banks and Non-Banking Financial Institutions to support their payment strategy and go-to-market with VCS products.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional leads to drive strategic alignment and ensure the product roadmap supports all common initiatives and priorities.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications

  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years in related industry experience in transaction or business banking.
  • Superior client management skills.
  • Understanding of the drivers of transaction and business bank product P&Ls and trends in SMB bank strategy around engagement with this type of business customers.
  • Digitally curious, follows industry trends, and can utilize this exposure to provide compelling supporting information to VCS product, customer experience, and digital recommendations.
  • Solid interpersonal skills, strong collaborator with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally.
  • Ability to drive decisions and operate in ambiguity.
  • Ability to resolve conflicting situations.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success.
