Position

We are seeking a highly motivated Director/Senior Manager - Procurement to lead client engagement teams, collaborate with a diverse range of clients to deliver professional services, and participate in business development activities for strategic and global priority accounts. Our Supply Chain & Operations – Procurement team provides insights into procurement transformation, focusing on areas such as:

This team is dedicated to helping clients optimize their supply chains to enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large transformational client engagements and internal projects.
  • Establish valued relationships with external clients at the C-level.
  • Manage large global and regional bids, proposals, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Guide teams in improving business performance and present executive summary findings for change enactment.
  • Oversee multiple the company colleagues across various levels and client team members.
  • Review work to ensure high quality and mentor colleagues in their career progression.

Skills and Attributes for Success: To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Strong experience leading successful procurement transformations in industry or consulting.
  • Experience directing multiple projects and guiding various teams.
  • A proven track record in business development activities.
  • 10+ years of experience at a tier 1 consultancy.
  • An outstanding academic record, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Experience and passion for digital solutions, operating model development, third-party spend management, ESG, or leading supply chain solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify business opportunities for cross-selling services/products.
  • Arabic speaking and reading skills are an advantage but not essential.
