As a Senior Managing Consultant, your responsibilities will include facilitating smooth implementation of complex technology projects and transformation initiatives, strengthening clients’ internal capabilities, and optimizing their management practices. You will play a critical role in establishing governance structures, delivery plans, and budgets while providing leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure effective delivery of client strategies by working with project sponsors and senior stakeholders.
- Identify and manage expected benefits through measurement and realization processes.
- Build and grow the APM team by hiring and deploying appropriate resources for project delivery.
- Collaborate with business development and support functions to increase revenue and enhance client experience.
- Support the Regional APM lead on strategic and operational matters, including capacity planning and alignment with stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate project delivery and gather feedback.
- Drive simplification of end-to-end deployment processes to improve efficiency.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members.
