As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will lead complex client engagements, directing the development of strategies for regional and global clients. You will manage senior client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor, and be responsible for motivating project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to scope projects and create solutions tailored to client needs.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements across various industries, delivering strategies and programs that unlock client value.
- Own relationships with clients from mid-level to C-suite, driving commercial success.
- Guide teams through complex problem-solving, ensuring quality deliverables in a collaborative environment.
- Train and mentor team members while managing relationships with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
- Experience leading strategic consulting engagements and senior client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of business KPIs and organizational leadership.
- Ability to generate innovative solutions and identify new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively in English, with knowledge of the local office language if applicable.
- Eligibility to work in the specified country and ability to travel to client sites when necessary.
