Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client engagements across various industries.
- Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients to unlock value.
- Manage senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite.
- Serve as a trusted business advisor to clients, fostering enthusiasm for the company's recommendations.
- Guide teams through complex problem-solving to deliver business-focused solutions.
- Motivate project delivery teams to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal company stakeholders to scope projects and create solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with relevant work experience in consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, or product management.
- Experience leading large strategic consulting engagements and managing senior client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
- Ability to identify business development opportunities and lead proposal development.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the country and ability to travel to client sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry expertise.
- MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (preferred but not required).
