You will:
- Shape and deliver AI strategies to resolve complex challenges for payments-centric businesses.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and ML engineers, to create and implement AI solutions that enhance analytics, automation, and value generation.
- Identify high-impact opportunities for AI and analytics within client organizations.
- Architect comprehensive AI solutions and secure alignment from executive stakeholders, translating ambitious AI visions into actionable plans.
- Partner with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps and ensure timely stakeholder updates.
- Publish and present insights on AI methods and industry trends, contributing to thought leadership.
- Develop frameworks and methodologies to improve AI project execution and mentor junior colleagues.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years in leading data-driven strategies with measurable outcomes, particularly in financial services, payments, or card issuing.
- Proven hands-on experience with GenAI use cases and open source LLM models.
- Excellent executive-level presentation skills, with the capability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern project management practices.
- A deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and operational challenges pertinent to card issuers.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring talent.
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or related fields is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
