Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services - AI Strategy (Financial Services)

The Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy will lead AI-driven consulting engagements for clients in the financial services sector, focusing on card issuers. This role involves collaborating closely with the Mastercard AI team and managing multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement long-term AI strategies that enhance analytics, automation, and value generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AI-Driven Strategies for Business Impact:
  Identify opportunities for AI and analytics in client organizations, quantify AI value potential, and procure executive alignment on actionable AI plans.
• Lead Rapid, Iterative AI Delivery:
  Collaborate with AI leaders, oversee project roadmaps, and adjust solutions based on business feedback.
• Expand Thought Leadership & External Network:
  Publish cutting-edge research and build an extensive network of AI experts and industry leaders.
• Innovate & Scale the AI Operating Model:
  Develop methodologies for improved AI execution and mentor junior staff to foster an innovative community.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  8+ years in leading data-driven strategies within financial services, with hands-on experience in deploying GenAI use cases.
• Communication:
  Excellent presentation skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership:
  Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring talent.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields; a Master’s degree is preferred.
