In the role of Senior Managing Consultant / Director, you will lead GenAI-driven consulting engagements for clients, particularly in card issuing and other financial services organizations. Working closely with the company AI team, you will develop long-term strategies and implement GenAI solutions that transform how clients approach analytics, automation, and value generation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop GenAI-Driven Strategies for Business Impact
- Identify high-impact opportunities for GenAI.
- Quantify the full value potential of GenAI solutions.
- Architect end-to-end GenAI solutions, ensuring alignment with executive stakeholders.
- Scale effective GenAI initiatives across multiple use cases.

Drive Rapid, Iterative GenAI Delivery
- Partner with GenAI and AI engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with business leaders to co-own solutions.

Expand Thought Leadership & External Network
- Publish and present on cutting-edge GenAI methods.
- Build an external network of GenAI experts and industry leaders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:
10+ years leading data-driven strategies, preferably in financial services, payments, or card issuing. Hands-on experience developing and deploying GenAI use cases is essential.

Communication:
Excellent executive-level presentation skills, capable of translating complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Education:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent advanced study strongly preferred.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
