The role within the company's Advisors & Consulting Services is focused on acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Our Strategy & Transformation consultants lead clients through impactful decision-making as they tackle strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client engagements across various industries.
- Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients using data and technology solutions.
- Maintain senior client relationships and drive commercial success as a trusted business advisor.
- Guide teams through problem-solving to deliver business-focused solutions and foster a collaborative environment.
- Collaborate with internal the company stakeholders to scope projects and develop solutions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree with experience in consulting, digital strategy, digital technology design, or complex technology implementation.
- Experience coaching and leading teams in large consulting engagements.
- Experience in managing senior client relationships.
- Knowledge of business KPIs, financials, and organizational leadership.
- Ability to identify new business development opportunities and manage proposal development.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong numerical analysis and logical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
- Eligibility to work in the country of application and ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry expertise.
- MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization.
