Senior Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services - AI Strategy (Financial Services)

The Senior Managing Consultant, AI Strategy, will lead AI-driven consulting engagements specifically for clients in the financial services sector, particularly card issuers. This role involves spearheading multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists and business strategists, to develop and implement AI solutions that transform how clients approach analytics, automation, and value generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shape and deliver AI strategies that address complex business challenges for payments-centric companies.
• Mentor and grow junior colleagues, fostering a collaborative team culture centered on innovative AI methodologies.
• Identify and quantify high-impact opportunities for AI within client organizations.
• Architect end-to-end AI solutions and secure alignment from executive stakeholders to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with AI and ML engineering leaders to oversee project roadmaps and ensure effective delivery of AI initiatives.
• Publish and present on cutting-edge AI methods and build an external network of industry experts.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in leading data-driven strategies, preferably in financial services, payments, or card issuing.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI use cases and open-source LLM models (e.g., Deepseek, Liama).
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem and operational challenges related to card issuing.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, engineering, or related fields; Master's degree preferred.
