We are seeking passionate and talented professionals specializing in Authorization, Fraud, and Chargeback to lead client engagements across various industries. As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, mentoring junior teammates, and contributing to best practices in the field. Your role will also involve guiding teams to develop creative solutions and drive client value through innovative and data-driven consulting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements related to Authorization, Fraud, and Chargeback.
  • Manage and develop mid- to senior-level client relationships.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members.
  • Drive project management and deliver best-in-class insights and solutions.
  • Engage proactively with clients to address their needs and risks.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree; CRCM or CFE certification is a plus.
  • Seven or more years of industry experience with a strong knowledge of payment regulations.
  • Three to five years of consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Authorization, Fraud, and Chargeback processes and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional project and client management skills, including relationship-building with executives.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English.

Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Arab Emirates and be willing to travel as required.
