As a Senior Managing Consultant in Cyber Security, you will be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. Your role includes leading complex client engagements across multiple industries, developing strategies and programs, and building strong relationships with senior clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.
  • Direct the development of strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions.
  • Own senior client relationships from mid-level to C-suite to drive commercial success.
  • Serve as a trusted client business advisor, generating enthusiasm for the Mastercard team’s recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders to scope projects and develop relevant solutions for clients.
  • Provide mentorship and training to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree in technology and/or cybersecurity related fields, with relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a consulting organization (manager or higher level) with team management responsibility on technology and cybersecurity projects.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Standards such as PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, and practical experience in managing cybersecurity risk assessments.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity regulatory frameworks in Europe, including DORA, NIS2, and GDPR.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Language Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; proficiency in the local office language (if applicable) is desirable.

You will be expected to uphold Mastercard's security policies and practices, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting any suspected violations or breaches, and completing all mandatory security training.
