The Senior Managing Consultant - Cybersecurity Business Development Lead will spearhead the growth of Mastercard’s Cyber business in this key segment. This role involves leading the strategic growth and commercial success of the cybersecurity business, being the P&L owner for Mastercard Cybersecurity within the segment, and driving revenue through direct sales engagement and collaboration across customer-facing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal execution across teams and facilitate key client introductions for cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee sales enablement, especially for Services Business Leads (SBLs), including sales collateral, pitch decks, training, and pipeline visibility.
  • Align product, sales, consulting, and marketing teams around launches and revenue goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales with a focus on consulting bundles and generate referrals for Mastercard managed accounts.
  • Advise on integration risks and report on commercial integration progress.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or technology sales, with team management responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of emerging cyber trends and market opportunities.
  • Experience in selling security services and technologies such as cyber threat intelligence, incident response management, and identity theft protection.
  • Excellent cross-functional initiative management with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
  • Proven ability to drive results through planning and execution in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with information security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001).
  • Knowledge of payment ecosystem security and customer security needs within the segment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
