The OT Security Specialist will conceptualize, architect, and lead the implementation of advanced Operational Technology (OT) security services for clients in Saudi Arabia and the broader MEA region. You will serve as the primary interface with clients, understanding their core business objectives and operational needs, while addressing the unique challenges of securing converged IT/OT environments across various industrial sectors. Engaging in strategic consulting and highly technical implementation projects, you will guide clients through complex transformations in their OT Security posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of OT security engagements, ensuring excellence in protecting critical operational technologies.
- Facilitate workshops, deliver executive-level presentations, and manage large-scale delivery engagements.
- Provide guidance on solution components, mentor colleagues, and align client needs with IBM’s solutions.
- Spearhead the development of OT Security proposals, ensuring comprehensive visibility of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Lead the development and integration of sophisticated OT security solutions, including advanced firewalls and security management systems.
Preferred Education:
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:
- Proven experience in OT Security Architecture & Solution Design, including network segmentation and security technologies tailored for operational technology environments.
- Experience delivering large-scale OT security transformation programs and working collaboratively across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Extensive working experience in securing OT environments across various service and deployment models.
Language Requirements:
- English: Fluent (written and spoken)
- Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage
Travel Requirements:
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, potentially 50%-70%, to meet client engagement needs.
