Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Client Leadership & Relationship Management: Serve as a trusted advisor to CxOs, Chief Digital Officers, and CRM leaders on customer, sales, service, and marketing transformation. Lead executive conversations on Salesforce industry clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Public Sector Solutions).

  • Sales & Revenue Responsibilities: Originate, qualify, and progress Salesforce-related opportunities in line with annual quota. Leverage the company's ecosystem (Mulesoft, Slack, Tableau, Data Cloud) to bundle broader Salesforce solutions. Shape Salesforce consulting and implementation deals, and lead solutioning and proposals.

  • Delivery & Practice Development: Provide executive sponsorship for Salesforce engagements, ensuring successful delivery of multi-cloud programs and Salesforce + AI projects. Mentor Salesforce consultants, architects, and project managers.

  • Ecosystem & Partnership Engagement: Work closely with Salesforce teams to co-create account strategies and position the company as a strategic Salesforce GSI.

  • Governance, Reporting & Compliance: Maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline and bookings forecasting in the company's CRM, track and report KPIs related to Salesforce bookings and revenue realization.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

  • Proven experience leading Salesforce-enabled transformations with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in originating and closing Salesforce consulting deals ($5M+ annually).
  • Capability to mentor and grow Salesforce consulting teams and contribute to practice assets.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:

  • Over 8 years of delivery and sales experience with multiple Salesforce solutions, projects, and clients.
