In the role of Senior Managing Consultant, you will spearhead revenue generation efforts for the Saudi Arabia market, collaborating with a substantial team to support effective engagement delivery across regions. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing the sales strategy, achieving ambitious sales targets, and acting as both a player and a coach—extensively traveling to facilitate sales processes and mentor the team. Building and maintaining relationships with senior-level clients will be essential, as will possessing robust communication and influencing abilities to drive substantial deals.

You will serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders, partnering with leadership to align services with strategic priorities, translating objectives into actionable plans, and overseeing a team that focuses on maximizing revenue and market share. Close collaboration with product, consulting, and finance teams will be crucial to ensure alignment with client needs and innovations.

Key requirements include a deep understanding of Mastercard Advisors' offerings, a strong commercial acumen, and a proven history of success in sales and account management within the financial services sector, ideally in payments. Your ability to navigate complex sales processes, manage P&L, and resolve conflicts will be critical in this role.

Additionally, all Mastercard employees are responsible for adhering to security policies to protect organizational assets and information, maintaining confidentiality, reporting security violations, and completing mandatory training.
