In the Senior Managing Consultant role, you will be responsible for driving revenue for the UAE business, partnering with a large team that collaborates with the company's account teams and clients to ensure effective delivery of all engagements across the markets. Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the in-region sales strategy and directing business development with direct revenue responsibility.
  • Meeting aggressive sales goals and acting as a Player-Coach, expected to travel extensively to support the selling process and team coaching.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers at senior levels, utilizing strong communication and influencing skills to present compelling cases to senior client audiences.
  • Assessing and addressing complex problems using excellent problem-solving and analytics skills, effectively influencing internal stakeholders and customers with data-driven insights.
  • Serving as the face of the company Services to senior-level client stakeholders, including C-suite.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop a strategic plan for Services that aligns with customer needs.
  • Facilitating the implementation of strategies and action plans that link customer needs and the company's resources.
  • Building, recruiting, managing, developing, and coaching a team focused on maximizing business opportunities to increase revenue, share, and volume.
  • Ensuring alignment between customer needs and product innovations by working closely with all product teams.
  • Partnering with Advisors & Consulting Services and Finance teams to drive and actively track delivery and revenue, while translating objectives into key hypotheses for complex projects.

Requirements for this position include:

  • A deep understanding of the company's Advisors value propositions and a thoughtful approach to executing against a defined territory.
  • A strong commercial drive paired with the ability to build and monetize senior client relationships through empathy, thought leadership, and subject matter expertise.
  • A background in consulting and/or data-driven solution selling is preferred.
  • An ability to network across relevant stakeholder bases, actively listening to and building common ground while influencing effectively.
  • A proven track record of complex sales and strategic account management within the financial services sector, with a preference for payments industry experience.
  • Demonstrated successful account management experience, including revenue management and P&L expertise.
  • Capabilities in successful conflict resolution, goal-setting, strategic planning, and succession planning.
  • Top-level sales skills coupled with strong negotiation capabilities essential for managing large deals.
