We are seeking highly motivated individuals with solid experience in consultative sales related to consulting services, data products, platforms, and analytic services within the Telecommunications segment. As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will be pivotal in generating excitement and demand for our unique solutions and in forming lasting partnerships with Telecommunications companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage business development activities for the company Services in the Telecommunications segment across the EEMEA region focusing on client-funded revenues.
  • Own the sales process from prospecting to contract execution, ensuring a smooth sales cycle.
  • Lead formal and informal pitches, from “storyboarding” to face-to-face presentations, and play a key role in winning the company deal bids, RFPs, and cross-selling services.
  • Collaborate with the company Segment and Divisional leadership to support strategic imperatives for target accounts.
  • Represent the company Services to senior-level client stakeholders and build relationships based on empathy, thought leadership, and expertise.
  • Establish trusted advisor status with senior/executive-level Telecommunications organizations, capturing implicit needs alongside articulated requests.
  • Create strong value-driven narratives and presentations for new business pitches, leading to multi-year, multi-million dollar revenue generation for the company.
  • Refine value propositions of new and existing Services to meet executives' needs in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Develop a 3-5 year strategy for the company Services and Account teams, identifying future revenue streams.
  • Partner with Advisors and Consulting Services teams for effective go-to-market approaches and optimal value delivery.
  • Contribute to project delivery by identifying and remedying project shortcomings.
  • Lead in developing intellectual capital, viewpoints, articles, blogs, and managing knowledge capture for firm-wide access.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years in consultative sales within consulting services, data products, software platforms, or analytic services in Telecommunications.
  • Experience in top management consulting firms and Telecommunications sectors.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to build and monetize senior client relationships through thought leadership and expertise.
  • Proven ability to drive end-to-end sales from initial contact to signed contracts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in selling to executive clients.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills through networking and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong networking capabilities to influence business opportunities and revenue generation.
  • Collaborative mindset with team-oriented winning strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to learn complex technical concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills to frame customer opportunities in financial terms.
  • Energetic, proactive, creative, and resilient personality.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic and/or French preferred.
  • Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
