Responsibilities
- Engage in effective working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Capture clients' implicit business needs as well as articulated requests, identifying the most critical issues to be addressed.
- Lead formal and informal pitches, creating concise and persuasive presentations tailored to the audience level.
- Effectively manage a pipeline of proposals from early lead stages through to signature.
- Achieve and deliver on sales targets.
- Proactively seek new knowledge and skills and facilitate the development of intellectual capital.
From a project perspective:
- Coach and provide feedback to team members.
- Support the project team in problem-solving and structuring project work plans.
- Formulate, articulate, and prioritize project activities.
- Create and deliver concise, persuasive, and compelling presentations.
- Oversee the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of analyses.
- Develop conclusions and recommendations.
Experience
- Must have corporate/wholesale bank experience in payments and cash management.
- Undergraduate degree required; MBA or relevant post-graduate degree preferred.
- Strong business development-oriented experience.
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Technical fluency: comfortable with technology solutions, able to discuss trends and simplify concepts.
- Work experience in management consulting, particularly in treasury consulting, is highly desirable.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently, influencing and building consensus.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in managing projects and teams.
- Fluency in English.
