Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Hybrid)

Work Conditions: Full-time, Hybrid

Language Requirements: Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable (e.g., Arabic)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Roll-out: Lead the commercialization and launch of new products, monitor product performance post-launch, and resolve issues for continuous improvement.
  • Client Profit and Growth: Manage initiatives to support client profit for cards, including strategic oversight for product management and compliance.
  • Strategic Guidance: Develop revenue generation strategies aligning with consumer banking and guide sales teams in addressing complex client needs.
  • Marketing Execution: Oversee marketing campaigns to drive product growth and ensure superior customer experience.
  • Training Initiatives: Lead training for stakeholders about product offerings ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
  • Competitive Benchmarking: Analyze competitive offerings and review pricing periodically.
  • Product Development: Identify market trends to innovate consumer product strategies and monitor regulatory changes.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with cross-product teams to maximize opportunities and collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance client experience.
  • Execution and Implementation: Oversee large client programs from initiation to completion, managing risks and delivering results.
  • Team Work & Culture: Develop business recommendations, deliver presentations, and mentor junior team members.

About You:

  • Experience: 15+ years in Cards Product Management with a focus on delivering large, complex projects in cross-functional environments.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced degree or MBA preferred.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of Project Management tools preferred.
  • Other Requirements: Comfortable with significant client interaction and building relationships; willing to travel as necessary.
