As a Senior Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Product / Portfolio Specialist), you will be responsible for driving profit and growth for cards, encompassing revenue, credit costs (including Fraud), and direct/allocated costs. This role involves strategic oversight, leadership, and collaboration to ensure the successful management and innovation of card products in alignment with consumer banking strategies. You will design and successfully execute card product and portfolio management strategies through action plans covering card metrics such as new acquisition, activation, ENR, spend, retention, profitability, etc. - with direct exposure to senior client executives and internal product leaders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the commercialization and launch of new products and solutions, recommending pricing, providing sales tools, and training the sales team to ensure successful sales in partnership with the acquisitions vertical.
- Monitor product performance post-roll-out and resolve product or sales issues to ensure continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to support client profit and growth for cards, managing revenue, credit costs, and direct/allocated costs.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for product management, audit, compliance matters, and complaints support.
- Develop and execute strategies aimed at generating revenue through products, ensuring alignment with consumer banking strategy and whole-of-bank value.
- Guide and support client-facing professionals and sales teams in solving complex client needs through products, in conjunction with the acquisitions vertical.
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive product growth, ensuring collaboration with the internal marketing team and acquisitions vertical.
- Ensure the execution of end-to-end solutions for all client segments, resulting in superior customer experience.
- Lead training initiatives for internal stakeholders about product offerings, ensuring effective knowledge transfer to facilitate product roll-out.
- Perform and analyze competitive benchmarking of products vis-à-vis competition and the market, and review pricing periodically.
- Lead the development of consumer product strategies and value propositions, aligning with customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the evolving competitive and regulatory environments to ensure products remain competitive and meet clients’ needs.
- Collaborate across the cards team and stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities for product improvement.
All About You
- Experience in delivery of large, complex projects / programs of diverse size in a cross-functional, multicultural environment
- Domain knowledge of payments industry and hands-on experience of program management, ability to manage multiple stakeholders under deadlines pressure
- Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Able to define scope, timelines and budgets in a clear, concise language in writing and verbally.
- Able to handle multiple priorities, work independently, think laterally and manage multiple issues under the pressure of conflicting constraints and limited resources.
- Relevant experience of 15 years+ in Cards Product and Portfolio Management
- Fluent local office language and English required, other languages desirable (e.g. Arabic)
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred
- Willingness to travel
