As a Senior Managing Consultant, you will lead clients through strategic and transformational business challenges, applying a range of problem-solving techniques to enhance their overall strategy, performance, and operations. This involves identifying business challenges in the Cards & Payments portfolio and working closely with stakeholders across various functions to develop and implement solutions that drive measurable impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify key business challenges and growth opportunities.
- Lead complex client engagements and direct strategy development for regional and global clients.
- Build and maintain senior client relationships and serve as a strategic advisor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scope projects and create relevant solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a positive team culture.
Experience Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree with experience in consulting at a top strategy firm in financial services.
- Proven experience in coaching and leading teams through strategic engagements.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs and financials, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and the local language as needed.
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid working environment with the ability to travel to client sites semi-regularly.
- Eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia and apply for travel visas as required.
Language Requirements:
- Effective communication in English and the local office language (if applicable).
