The Advisors & Consulting Services team at the company combines traditional management consulting with advanced data assets and proprietary technologies to deliver powerful strategic insights and recommendations. The team works with a diverse global customer base across various industries, including banking, payments, retail, and restaurants.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead complex client engagements across multiple industries and problem statements.
- Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients using data and technology solutions.
- Manage senior client relationships, driving commercial success with stakeholders from mid-level to C-suite.
- Act as a trusted business advisor, providing motivation and guidance on cybersecurity project delivery and product management activities.
- Provide mentorship and on-the-job training to team members.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Undergraduate or master’s degree in technology and/or cybersecurity with relevant work experience.
- Experience in a consulting organization (manager level or higher) with team management responsibility on technology and cybersecurity projects.
- Knowledge of Information Security Standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA, ISO27001, NIST, CIS, CSA) and experience with cybersecurity risk and controls assessments.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity regulatory frameworks in Europe and GCC, including DORA, NIS2, GDPR, SAMA, and NCA.
- Experience in building and executing enterprise frameworks and solutions.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security technologies and processes, including network security, identity management, incident management, and data protection.
Desirable Certifications:
- CISM, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CCSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CEH.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant industry expertise and potential MBA or master’s degree (not required).
Work Conditions:

Language Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and any applicable local office language.
