Senior Managing Consultant, Strategy & Transformation, Advisors & Consulting Services

As part of the Advisors & Consulting Services team, you will combine traditional management consulting with the company’s rich data assets and proprietary platforms. This role requires leading clients through impactful decision-making and addressing strategic, tactical, operational, and transformational business challenges.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify key business challenges and opportunities in the Cards & Payments portfolio.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to define problem statements and frame hypotheses.
• Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries while driving measurable impact.
• Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients leveraging data and technology solutions.
• Serve as a trusted business advisor to senior client relationships and motivate teams toward delivering high-quality results.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a positive and impactful team culture.

Experience and Skills Required:

• An undergraduate degree with work experience in a top strategy consulting firm.
• Strong background in financial services and consulting.
• Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and craft new business development opportunities.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong affinity for numerical analysis.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).

Work Conditions:

• Hybrid working environment.
• Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
