Roles and Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify key business challenges and opportunities in the Cards & Payments portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to define problem statements and frame hypotheses.
- Lead complex client engagements across a range of industries while driving measurable impact.
- Develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients leveraging data and technology solutions.
- Serve as a trusted business advisor to senior client relationships and motivate teams toward delivering high-quality results.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a positive and impactful team culture.
Experience and Skills Required:
- An undergraduate degree with work experience in a top strategy consulting firm.
- Strong background in financial services and consulting.
- Proven ability to develop senior client relationships and craft new business development opportunities.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a strong affinity for numerical analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable).
Work Conditions:
- Hybrid working environment.
- Ability to travel to client sites on a semi-regular basis.
