Your Impact
You will establish the foundations of our marketing methodology and key account management while leading and developing two Junior Marketing Managers. Your role encompasses overseeing a diverse client portfolio that includes both prestige and niche accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Together, with our customers
- Lead marketing for key fine fragrance accounts, transforming perfumer intent and olfactive concepts into personalized client stories.
- Co-create with clients through ideation sessions and multi-sensory experiences that invite new briefs.
Shape the future
- Monitor launches, brand strategies, and identify opportunities within the region to inform creative direction.
- Analyze cultural and consumer shifts to propose innovative fragrance propositions.
- Develop compelling narratives around each creation, integrating elements such as inspiration, ingredients, consumer insights, and innovation.
Own the outcome
- Mentor and develop two Junior Marketing Managers, fostering a culture of trust and accountability.
- Establish collaborative frameworks with Sales, Evaluation, and Creation teams to ensure projects have clear objectives, milestones, and deliverables.

You Bring
- A minimum of 6–8 years of fine fragrance marketing experience in a fragrance house, with a robust understanding of prestige and niche markets.
- In-depth olfactory knowledge and exceptional fragrance storytelling abilities, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and exploration.
- A talent for translating market intelligence, consumer insights, and cultural trends into commercially viable fragrance concepts and strategies.
- Creativity paired with structured project management skills, enabling you to inspire ideas while ensuring stakeholder alignment and results delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior clients and compellingly presenting creative concepts.
- A positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire, take ownership, and exceed expectations.
- Experience within a global creative center of a fragrance house and background in people management are significant advantages.
