Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming experience for all members.
- Inspire and motivate members to engage in fitness activities that suit their lifestyles.
- Foster a culture of health and fitness within the local community.
- Maintain and enhance club facilities to meet the highest standards.
- Conduct fitness assessments and provide guidance on fitness plans tailored to individual members.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and products to enhance member experience.
- Support in coordinating and leading complimentary fitness classes as part of the Good Vibes program.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the club’s operational excellence.
Requirements
- Passion for fitness and health, with an enthusiasm for helping others achieve their goals.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends.
- Relevant fitness qualifications (e.g., personal training certification) would be an advantage.

Contract and Travel
- This position offers a contract with competitive remuneration.
- Travel may be required occasionally for training and development purposes, covering locations across the UAE, Bahrain, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
