Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator

We are currently looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator for our Qatar operations. The ideal candidate will possess at least 6 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises, with strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture, deployment, administration, security, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities include having hands-on development experience with C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, Web APIs, SQL Server, and SSRS, as well as demonstrated experience with CRM customizations, plugins, workflows, integrations, and solution deployment. Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Dynamics CRM 2016 and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement On-Premises.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, ADFS, claims-based authentication, and single sign-on.
• Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with ERP, banking, or other enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure integration services.
• Relevant Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting business-critical, highly available enterprise environments.
