Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant to join our client onsite in Dubai. The successful candidate will lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Design end-to-end CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Configure, customize, and extend Dynamics CRM applications using native features and custom development.
• Lead CRM workshops, training sessions, and solution demos for stakeholders.
• Create functional design documents, solution blueprints, and user guides.
• Support the full lifecycle of CRM projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and testing.
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and user adoption through proactive support and governance.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).
• Strong understanding of modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into effective CRM solutions.
• Expertise in customization using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Experience with CRM plugins, workflows, JavaScript, and custom entities.
• Knowledge of integration approaches with other Microsoft and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 CE are highly desirable.
