Senior Mobile Systems Engineer (Flutter & Agentic AI)

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Mobile Systems Engineer who views mobile development not just as “building screens,” but as architecting the primary interface for Agentic Intelligence. You will build a high-performance Super App that seamlessly integrates financial services, identity, and ambient AI. This hybrid role requires deep Flutter expertise and strong Backend engineering skills. You will lead the transition from static, menu-driven interfaces to Agentic UIs that leverage Voice (TTS/STT), Vision, and Generative UI patterns to anticipate and serve user needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Super App Orchestration

   • Architect and maintain a scalable Flutter codebase capable of hosting multiple “mini-apps” (Fintech, Lifestyle, Identity) within a single ecosystem.
   • Implement complex user lifecycles, including SSO (Single Sign-On), multi-factor authentication, and tiered KYC (Know Your Customer) workflows.
   • Lead the integration of multi-provider Payment Systems (Apple/Google Pay, Stripe, and direct banking APIs).

2. Agentic & Conversational Interfaces

   • Design and build Agentic Interfaces where the UI dynamically adapts based on AI-inferred user intent (GenUI).
   • Implement low-latency, streaming TTS (Text-to-Speech) and STT (Speech-to-Text) systems for ambient and voice-first interactions.
   • Integrate mobile-side AI agents that can perform actions on behalf of the user across different modules of the Super App.

3. Fullstack Engineering

   • Develop and optimise high-concurrency Backend APIs (Python/Node.js/Go) that power the mobile experience.
   • Design secure data synchronisation patterns for offline-first capabilities and real-time state management.
   • Manage infrastructure for mobile-specific needs, such as push notification orchestration and OTA (Over-The-Air) updates.

4. Performance & Security

   • Ensure the Super App maintains a 60fps+ performance profile even with heavy AI and media processing.
   • Implement rigorous security standards for handling sensitive financial and identity data (biometrics, secure enclave, encrypted storage).

Technical Requirements

• Mobile Framework: Flutter (Expert), Dart, Platform Channels (Swift/Kotlin)
• AI Integration: TTS/STT (Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Speech), OpenAI/Claude SDKs
• Super App Features: SSO (OAuth2, OpenID Connect), KYC (Sumsub, Jumio), Payments (Stripe, Adyen)
• Backend: Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js, REST/GraphQL, WebSockets
• State Management: Riverpod, Bloc or Signals
• DevOps / Mobile Ops: CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Fastlane), App Store/Play Store automation
• Security: JWT, OAuth2, Biometric Auth, ProGuard/R8, SSL Pinning

Mandatory Keywords: Flutter, Dart, Super App, Backend APIs, TTS/STT, SSO, KYC, Payments
Peripheral Keywords: Swift, Kotlin, Platform Channels, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud Speech, OpenAI, Claude, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, Sumsub, Jumio, Stripe, Adyen, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Python, FastAPI, Django, Node.js, Go, REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, Riverpod, Bloc, Signals, CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Fastlane, JWT, Biometric Auth, SSL Pinning, ProGuard, TensorFlow Lite, CoreML, Micro-frontend, GenUI, Agentic UI, Offline-First, Push Notifications

The “Modern Take”: What We Expect

• Beyond the Grid: You don’t just build lists and buttons. You think about how an AI agent can “drive” the UI for the user.
• Voice-Native: You understand the nuances of voice UX: handling interruptions, background noise, and emotional prosody in TTS.
• Security by Design: You treat KYC and Payment flows as mission-critical infrastructure, not just API calls.
• Product Mindset: You bridge the gap between “what is technically possible” and “what feels like magic for the user.”

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building apps with 1M+ MAU (Monthly Active Users).
• Contributions to the Flutter ecosystem (open-source packages or plugins).
• Experience with on-device ML (TensorFlow Lite, CoreML) for privacy-preserving AI features.
• Strong understanding of Micro-frontend or Micro-app architectures in a mobile context.

Why Join
We are moving past the era of “apps as tools” into the era of “apps as partners.” You will be the lead architect of this transition, building the most sophisticated mobile entry point for agentic systems in the market.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Tax-Free Salary: A market-leading monthly package in AED, commensurate with experience.
• Performance Incentives: Rewards linked to quality and delivery outcomes, as per Company Internal Policy.
• Visa & Medical Insurance: Full UAE visa sponsorship and comprehensive health cover.
