Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive mobilization strategies for complex, large-scale projects
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively and efficiently
- Manage logistics for personnel, equipment, and materials, ensuring timely delivery to project sites
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans for potential mobilization challenges
- Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and government agencies, to facilitate smooth project initiation
- Monitor and report on mobilization progress, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the mobilization process
- Continuously improve mobilization procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
- Extensive experience in mobilization or project coordination roles
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex project mobilizations, preferably in an international context
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
- Excellent skills in resource allocation, logistics coordination, and stakeholder management
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Decisive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
