In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing cloud-based mobility solutions that support our initiatives in autonomous vehicles, connected mobility, and smart transit. You will report to the Mobility Operations Director and ensure that our cloud solutions are secure, resilient, and optimized for real-time mobility data processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure for mobility services on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop multi-cloud strategies for data storage, compute resources, and security.
- Optimize real-time data processing pipelines for autonomous mobility operations.
- Ensure cloud solutions comply with industry standards and are cost-effective and secure.
- Architect cloud-based platforms for connected vehicles, IoT devices, and mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms.
- Lead V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) communication framework implementation using cloud networks.
- Oversee APIs and microservices for cross-platform mobility operations.
- Enforce cloud security best practices and ensure data privacy.
- Partner with Microsoft Azure and third-party vendors for cloud solutions.
- Drive innovation in AI-driven cloud computing for predictive mobility insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, or mobility cloud solutions.
- Expertise in Microsoft Azure (including Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure IoT Hub, and Azure Functions).
- Strong background in cloud security, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven experience in scaling real-time data processing in cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with API development, microservices architecture, and cloud automation tools.
Additional Requirements:
- MBA is a plus.
- Microsoft Azure Certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer).
- Experience with connected vehicle platforms, IoT infrastructure, or autonomous vehicle data.
- Knowledge of AI, ML, and predictive analytics in cloud environments.
- Background in serverless computing, event-driven architectures, and edge computing.
