The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Intune and Modern Workplace Management and will be part of a team delivering end-to-end support services. Your role will include managing enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Modern Device Management (UEM) platforms by installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring applications on company-deployed mobile and endpoint devices. Additionally, you will provide technical support to customers through various channels, including telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and working experience with SCCM (1611/1706/1806/1902 and later versions), CB/Altiris, and DXC CAE.
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnet, IPv4/IPv6), and incident management.
- Support Release Application deployment, patch management, and incident management on SWD tools.
- Manage client installation and monitoring, working independently on reports and device health management.
- Strong ownership of actions and drive for innovative improvements in service agility and efficiency.
- Good communication, technical, and presentation skills.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) with 2-3 years relevant experience in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like SNOW/Remedy/DXC.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies, MS Azure, and O365 Licensing.
- Certification in Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, and Citrix Certified Associate – Virtualization (CCA-V) is preferred.
- Nice to have experience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, MDM, and understanding of network infrastructure.
