As a Modern Workplace Device Services Engineer, you will enable customers' Modern Device Management transformation journeys by providing best practices, innovation, and technical leadership. You will be responsible for delivering technology solutions that meet customers’ business needs while managing the enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Modern Device Management (UEM) platforms. This includes installing, deploying, updating, and monitoring app usage on company-deployed mobile and endpoint devices.

Your role will require providing technical support to customers through various means, including telephone, web, and face-to-face interactions. Responsibilities will also include troubleshooting, diagnosing, maintaining, and upgrading software and modern devices to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain enterprise MDM and UEM platforms.
- Provide end-to-end support to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in systems like SCCM, Service Now, and others.
- Work on mobile and endpoint device health management.
- Independently resolve issues and manage incident handling.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology (IT) and 2-3 years in Microsoft Endpoint Manager and/or Intune.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and ticketing tools like SNOW/Remedy.
- Basic knowledge of Cloud technologies, Microsoft Azure, and O365 Licensing.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, Subnet, IPv4/IPv6).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred):
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Citrix Certified Professional – Virtualization (CCP-V)
- VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
Language Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English are essential.
