About the Role
This position focuses on acquiring High Net Worth mortgage customers for the company while consistently surpassing monthly KPI and sales targets. The successful candidate will lead mortgage business development initiatives aimed at targeted segments including real estate partners and approved mortgage brokers in both residential and commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire High Net Worth mortgage customers for the company
• Consistently exceed monthly KPI targets and achieve sales targets throughout the financial year
• Lead mortgage business development initiatives within targeted segments, real estate partners, and approved mortgage brokers in residential and commercial developments
• Adhere to all policies regarding KYC and AML as outlined by the company
• Ensure full accreditation for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions
• Record all sales activities in Daily Sales Reports and keep the CRM updated for leads and contacts
• Participate in team activities such as morning huddles, training, coaching, and mandatory compliance and fraud training sessions
• Engage in Lean and rewards celebrations
• Follow market intelligence, including internal needs and competitor activity
• Maintain professional, technical, and product knowledge by attending various training sessions and sales workshops as guided by management

Requirements

• Fully accredited for selling mortgages and Islamic solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with external partners
• Knowledge of KYC and AML policies
