Senior NCR ATM Operation Consultant

We are currently looking for a Senior NCR ATM Operation Consultant for our Qatar operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM SW support based on analysis and feedback.
• Support operations projects and provide assistance for operations issues.
• Assist in the deployment of patches and development releases, and production fixes per SIT/UAT progress.
• Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
• Complete "Tech Requests" assigned.
