We are currently seeking a Senior NCR ATM Operation Consultant to join our operations team in Qatar. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth ATM operations and addressing any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Perform Level 1 analysis and raise tickets with NCR ATM software support based on analysis and feedback.
Support operations projects and provide assistance for operational issues.
Assist in the deployment of patches, development releases, and production fixes based on System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) progress.
Share logs and findings for incidents and support cases raised with NCR software support.
Complete assigned technical requests.

Requirements

Strong background in ATM operations and support, specifically with NCR software.
Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to ATM operations.
Ability to work collaboratively with software support teams to drive issue resolution.
Excellent communication skills to effectively share findings and updates.
