Responsibilities

Engineering Solutions Design
Contribute to the design of SCADA and RTU engineering solutions, overseeing feasibility testing approaches to support the development and validation of these solutions.

System Architecture & Design
Construct scalable SCADA layouts, establish HMI graphics philosophies, develop alarm management strategies, and create database links with a comprehensive understanding of technical documentation (P&IDs, FLDs, Logic Diagrams, C&E matrices).

Team Leadership & Governance
Lead engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and establish coding and technical standards across multiple sites. Review design inputs and address discrepancies with stakeholders for corrective action.

Engineering Standards Specification
Assist in analyzing information, drafting engineering standards and specifications, and evaluating their effectiveness within your engineering discipline to inform both internal and external partners.

Engineering Inspections
Perform inspections with customers to assess engineering work quality and installations, providing recommendations for remedial actions to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations.

Needs Assessment
Proactively identify issues or needs, determining potential causes and barriers along with related problems.

Contract Management
Collaborate with Project and Control Managers to manage relationships with contract service providers while adhering to an established contract management plan.

Knowledge Management System
Utilize established knowledge management frameworks to ensure that lessons learned from previous projects are integrated into current practices.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Automation.
Experience
A minimum of 8 years of experience in industrial automation, including work with PLCs, HMIs, and large-scale SCADA packages (preferably the company CI Server, FAST/TOOLS, and STARDOM).
