About The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Officer Network Control to play a critical role within the Integrated Operations Control Centre (IOCC). You will support the Shift/Duty Manager in managing complex operational scenarios, disruption recovery, and schedule optimization to protect network integrity and performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring live operational data and identifying emerging risks.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant recovery actions during both normal and irregular operations.
  • Analyzing real-time flight, schedule, and disruption data to support rapid decision-making and providing clear recommendations to the IOCC leadership team.
  • Ensuring operational data integrity and maintaining accurate records of all actions taken to support audit readiness.
  • Communicating real-time operational status updates to internal and external stakeholders.

Through structured readiness checks and continuous performance monitoring, you will help strengthen resilience and support continuous improvement across IOC processes.

About You:
You should be degree-qualified with a minimum of 4 years of experience in operational control, IOCC, or OCC environments, particularly in disruption management and schedule recovery within complex airline operations. A strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks, operational standards, and safety-critical environments is essential.

You must demonstrate:

  • Experience analyzing complex operational data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Strong decision-making capability and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during operational disruptions.

Preferred qualifications include experience in a leading global airline or a large-scale IOC/OCC environment and familiarity with flight operations systems and network control processes.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required.
