Senior Network Engineer

Penta Consulting, a technology service provider and leading outsourced partner, is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design and deploy cutting-edge VXLAN EVPN data center networks that power hypercomputing and AI workloads. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building high-performance, low-latency environments for multi-GPU clusters and distributed training pipelines.

What You'll Do:

• Architect scalable spine-leaf fabrics using Cisco Nexus 9000 or Arista.
• Optimize for RoCEv2, GPUDirect, and low-latency traffic.
• Configure BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, and troubleshoot overlay/underlay issues.
• Integrate with NSX, KVM, Hyper-V, and Kubernetes-based AI platforms.
• Automate deployments with Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Collaborate across teams to support end-to-end AI performance.

What You Bring:

• Deep experience with VXLAN EVPN and data center fabrics.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI, Arista EOS, and routing protocols.
• Expertise in RoCEv2, RDMA, DCB, and GPU-accelerated networking.
• Hands-on experience with automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and HPC environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNP or CCIE Data Center certification.
• Cisco Specialist or Arista ACE certifications.
• Experience with hybrid/multi-cloud AI networking.
