As a Senior Network Engineer, you will operate and support network services to ensure optimum service availability and performance. You will be responsible for compliance with agreed SLAs, customer requirements, and contractual agreements. Your role includes the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and administration of existing or future network infrastructures. You will interface with vendors for effective communication and resolution of issues and perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems. Additionally, you will monitor the network, report failures or degradations to senior team members and management, run proof of concept deployments, and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.
You will follow and maintain ISE network operations and security standards while maintaining technical expertise in all areas of network components. Collaboration with other groups in IT Operations for project support and day-to-day operations is crucial. Effective communication of status, plan-of-action, and resolution of reported issues to customers is expected, along with case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while ensuring customer communication. You will also provide assistance and guidance to junior team members and keep operational documentation up to date, generating technical documentation and guide manuals.

Job Requirements:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in network design, deployment, and operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCNP Certified.
