About the Role
International Systems Engineering (ISE) provides IT capability and service both onsite and centrally to all projects and programmes in Saudi Arabia and to partner companies. The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for operating and supporting network services to ensure optimum service availability and performance. The role aims to meet agreed SLAs, customer requirements, and contractual agreements while directly contributing to the Saudi Arabian National Agenda, including Saudisation and the development of Saudi National capability.

Job Accountabilities
People Management:
- Participate in the identification and recruitment of key talent.
- Lead, guide, and assist direct reports in their functional operations following policies and procedures.
- Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team, and deliver regular feedback on performance.
- Promote a high-performance working environment and ISE's values.
Technical:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and administer existing or future network infrastructures.
- Interface with vendors to ensure appropriate communication and issue resolutions.
- Perform routine health checks and preventive measures on assigned systems.
- Monitor the network and report failures or degradations to senior team members and management.
- Run proof of concept deployments and troubleshoot issues to identify and address root causes.
- Adhere to ISE network operations and security standards.
- Maintain technical expertise in all areas of network components in operation.
Administrative:
- Collaborate with other IT Operations groups to support projects and day-to-day operations.
- Communicate status, plan of action, and resolution of reported issues effectively.
- Provide internal and external customers and technology partners with quality support experiences.
- Manage case escalations to the Network Operations Manager while maintaining customer communications.
- Assist and guide junior team members.
Documentation:
- Maintain ISE’s operational documentation up to date.
- Generate technical documentation and guide manuals.
