Senior Network Engineer (Level 3)

About the Role
You will be responsible for advanced diagnosis at the system, application, and infrastructure levels. This includes conducting root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and ensuring a permanent fix is implemented. You will manage OEM back-to-back support cases while adhering to the same ticket and SLA clock, in addition to overseeing configuration, firmware, and software maintenance, coordinating manufacturer releases and upgrades.

Your role will encompass the ownership of preventive maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system. You will also maintain design documents, SOPs, and the knowledge base, while mentoring and signing off on Level-3 competence. Furthermore, you will provide technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board regarding changes to the system and own network design-level troubleshooting, firmware strategy, capacity management, and major changes, leading the Aruba/HPE back-to-back processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced diagnosis at system, application, and infrastructure levels
• Conduct root-cause analysis for major and recurring incidents and ensure permanent fixes
• Open and manage OEM back-to-back support cases under the same ticket and SLA clock
• Coordinate configuration, firmware, and software maintenance, as well as manufacturer releases and upgrades
• Own preventive maintenance procedures and predictive monitoring for the system
• Maintain the design documents, SOPs, and knowledge base; mentor and sign off Level-3 competence
• Provide technical assessments to the Change Advisory Board for changes to the system
• Lead network design-level troubleshooting, firmware strategy, capacity, and major changes; manage Aruba/HPE back-to-back processes

Requirements

• Aruba (ACMP/ACEP) or Cisco (CCNP) certification
• ITIL Foundation certification
• 7+ years of senior network engineering experience
