We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to own, operate, and enhance the company’s global office network infrastructure. This business-critical role is responsible for the performance, uptime, optimization, and monitoring of all network and connectivity systems, including LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, UPS, telco links, and backbone infrastructure. You will act as the technical authority for our upgraded Sigma-designed architecture, ensuring seamless operations across multiple floors, enterprise-grade wireless coverage, high-availability switching, and continuous uptime for mission-critical business systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Operations & Architecture: Oversee daily operations of the corporate network, manage Cisco Catalyst switches, maintain wireless infrastructure, and monitor UPS performance.
  • Monitoring & Automation: Deploy and maintain monitoring platforms, build dashboards for real-time visibility, and conduct root-cause analysis for performance optimization.
  • Connectivity & Vendor Management: Liaise with telco providers, track network performance, and manage network-related contracts and incident resolutions.
  • Resilience & Security: Maintain configuration backups, collaborate with Cybersecurity on network security measures, and implement redundancy and failover procedures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize network performance as business demand grows, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and conduct assessments and reviews.

Technical Profile:
Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise-level network engineering, preferably within financial, banking, or trading environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switching, Meraki/Cisco wireless solutions, network monitoring platforms, UPS monitoring, and firewalls.
  • Experience in structured cabling projects, network refreshes, and scripting/automation in Python or PowerShell.

Desirable Certifications:

  • Cisco CCNP or CCIE
  • Fortinet NSE4+
  • Aruba or Meraki Wireless certifications

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Strong ownership mindset to manage complex, multi-site infrastructures.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.

Language Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English is essential.
