Senior Network Planning Manager

The Supply Chain team is seeking a talented Senior Network Planning Manager to create solutions for optimizing multi-year network topology design and supply chain planning processes for new country expansion. In this role, you will work collaboratively with top Supply Chain professionals, Tech teams, Worldwide Design Engineers, Operations Managers, Finance Partners, Analytics teams, and Business Leaders to design the optimal end-to-end network topology. Your goal will be to solve storage and processing capacity challenges, enhance the delivery experience (DEX), and ensure the best customer experience in a cost-efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain planning projects focused on cost optimization and delivery experience solutions.
• Define optimal network capacity solutions for emerging countries using optimization tools to address critical strategic questions.
• Proactively eliminate bottlenecks and establish scalable mechanisms.
• Utilize Supply Chain expertise to guide the development of future tools and feature enhancements.
• Contribute to mid to long-term capacity planning and standardization for new and emerging countries.
• Continuously benchmark against developed country networks to identify gaps and opportunities in processes/solutions.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing ongoing project/program updates through monthly and quarterly planning reviews.

Requirements:

• Extensive expertise and sound judgment in synthesizing diverse inputs from large customer segments and stakeholders to establish vision and design long-term solutions.
• Ability to analyze complex data and delve deeply into various information sources.
• Strong collaborative skills in working with worldwide engineers, technology partners, and local/regional operations teams to iteratively develop and implement solutions.
• Experience in fast-paced environments that promote collaborative and creative problem-solving to address complex issues, decisions, and escalations.
